All consignments sent to PO Boxes waiver the right to insurance claims at via the courier. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

In cases where tracking is available. It will be provided to you upon processing of the courier. 


PC Support Midlands ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

Support Midlands offer a 14 day return policy on all goods, and there is a processing cooling down period. The processing cooling down period, will, in the case of (before consignment shipment booking) be available. Should you require an instant cancellation, contact us ASAP via the email or telephone number above. Please note, all reversed payments may take upto 5 business days to revert to the original payment method.

The 14 day return policy is shown as good will and all returns must be made in the distributed standard. All items are checked and warranty sealed. A refund will be processed for all returns once they have been checked and certified by a technician.
