Our Timebank support allows you, the end user to purchase support by the hour.
This is very useful if you don’t want a support contract but do want continuous premium support.
When you have a timebank in operation, we’ll keep you up to date on the status of any work we’re doing for you with our ticket system.
Each block of time is sold per hour and we use that in 15 minute blocks. Most work we do can be carried out remotely using our remote support system from Splashtop.
